Custom Designer Tail Bags are made to protect the horse's tail all throughout winter months, while shipping, prior to showing, or any time that you need your horse's tail to stay clean and conditioned.  Used over the winter in cold climates they protect the tail from ice build up, breakage and harsh conditions- using them consistently in the winter will save up to 4-6 inches in breakage and thinning over the winter months allowing you to have a long, show ready tail right away in the spring.  My tail bags are sized generously both in width and length allowing them to be used for both thicker and thinner tails.   Extra length allows for protection farther up the tail without having to 'double up' the tail prior to putting the bag on.  Length is ~36 inches long including the 4 ties and ~3.5 inches wide (these are handmade, so slight variations exist).  Note that the patterns/fabrics Disco, Sparkle Snake, and Sparkle City have metallic looking accents.
