We cannot verify this to be Egermann, but feel it is of the style, quality and period.
Condition:
Excellent, free of chips, cracks, scratches and stains.  A few tiny spots of stain skips.  Bottom of base has what looks like a surface fracture made during manufacture.  This does not present any threat to integrity of piece, see last picture.
