Madame Alexander Compo McGuffey Ana Walker Doll 1930s - 40s Vintage Dress This dolly is marked Alexander and patent number on her back. She is all composition, with socket head, brown sleepy eyes, real lashes, open mouth showing teeth, blonde hair with cluster of curls at the bangs and two long braids. Her hair is dry to touch. She has all her fingers, toes, working sleep eyes with lashes. She has a crack on right inner thigh, cracks on back of her neck. Minor crazing from age and time, hardly noticeable even when you look close. She's wearing an untagged vintage dress. She's one pretty gal!
