    TWO VINTAGE MISSOURI 1 & 5 MILL SALES TAX RECEIPT COIN TOKENS / BOTH VERSIONS
    These were used from 1937 to 1942.
    Even though both sides are identical, I have shown pictures of both sides.
    These tokens were made in two varieties, one with a plain (smooth) map and one with a checkered pattern on the map.
    The 1 mill token is the checkered version, made by the Osborne Register Company.
    The 5 mill token is the plain (smooth) version and was made by the Scovill Manufacturing Company.
    These were made of zinc and turned dark easily.

    I have not cleaned the tokens.  I will leave this up to the buyer.
