Vintage Egermann ruby red etched glass Bohemian - Czech vase featuring the Church and Bird motifs with the original box and brochure.  The vase is 8 1/4" tall.
In pristine to excellent condition with no chips or cracks or signs of wear, there is a "water mark/stain" on the inside bottom, see photos.
